We met about five years ago at a local Bucks County, PA art show that Christopher – a veteran screen printer - hosted in Doylestown, Pa that was focused on the art of screen printing. I (Eric) have a background in design and art, and I asked Christopher to help me screen print images of animals from my farm onto pillows. After the art show, I took a few pillows to local craft fairs, and sold over 1,000 in 6 months! Seeing a new entrepreneurial opportunity in front of us, we decided to go into business together.
Fast-forward to 2017, and we now have 19 employees, are designing and making pillows, tote bags and wall art in an 11,000 square foot warehouse in bucolic Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Almost all of our products are based on photographs we have taken at local farms, zoos and farm sanctuaries. We sell to over 550 boutique shops and online retailers throughout North America including: the Hershey Hotel & Spa, Pine Cone Hill, The Plaza Hotel in NYC, the White House Historical Association, Beekman 1802 and the L.L Bean flagship store in Maine. In September 2016, we were named National Outstanding Encore Entrepreneur by the SCORE Foundation. We were also named a finalist in the 2014 Martha Stewart American Made Awards and nominated for the 2015 Martha Stewart American Made Awards.
